Update February 2007 - TomTom NAVIGATOR 6 - Symbian S60

A new NAVIGATOR 6 version is available for Symbian.

This update is only for these mobile phones: Nokia E61

Only install this update if you already own NAVIGATOR 6 software and maps. If you currently use MOBILE 5 software then this update will not work with your maps!

Before you start:

• Make sure you have TomTom HOME version 1.5 or higher installed. The latest version of TomTom HOME can be downloaded here: www.tomtom.com/home
  
  
• You need to use a card reader/writer.
  
  

First remove the TomTom application from your Nokia phone before installing this update.

1. On you phone, go to Tools > Application manager.
   
   
2. Highlight TomTom NAVIGATOR.
   
   
3. Select Options in the bottom left corner, and then select Remove.

Follow these steps to download and install the update for NAVIGATOR 6:

1. Connect your memory card to your computer using a card reader/writer.
   
   
2. Click the Download button.The Download button only works when TomTom HOME is installed on your computer.
   
   
   
   
3. TomTom HOME launches, if not already open, then offers to download the latest application.
   
   
4. Click OK.
   
   
5. Once the download is complete, select the TomTom application in the My Computer tab.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Install

The installation starts. Once finished, the new version is installed on your memory card.

If you use more than one storage card for NAVIGATOR 6 you need to repeat these steps for each.
