If the above steps did not help you resolve the customer's issue, please obtain the customer's System Information file through HOME, with the device attached to their computer.
To obtain the System Information, follow these steps:
1. Connect the TomTom device to the computer and run TomTom HOME.
2. Inside HOME select Help > System Information.
3. Click on Copy to Clipboard.
4. Open a text editor (e.g. Notepad) and choose Edit > Paste (Ctrl + v or + v).
5. Save the text file as anything.
6. Have the customer upload the file to their Right Now incident.
7. Check the text file to make sure the correct information is included.
After you have obtained the customers system information, please contact a Senior for escalation approval to 2nd Line (Concord). |
